Flower Macro - reverse mounted lens

This is taken with the 50mm Yashica lens reverse mounted on the E500!
I do not (yet) have the reverse mount adapter, hence I shot this by hand holding the lens on the camera body. Poor man's macro!!

Most of these shots were taken with a Olympus E500 Digital SLR Camera and a super old 75-260 MM Zoom lens. I used an adapter to mount a Screw mount Lens on this Olympus 4/3 mount camera.

A 260 mm normal lens designed for a 35mm Camera, would behave like a 520mm lens on the E500 becuase of the 2x factor of the Olympus 4/3 system! Great for telephoto!!

I got this adapter from ebay for like 20 bucks including shipping. Apprently there are stores that sell such adapters for someting like 175 dollars...which I personally think is toooo much.
